RE: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF AL~\~EDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-8 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPEAL OF ARROW <br />RENTALS TO A CONDITION IMPOSED BY THE DESIGN <br />REVIEW BOARD OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br />DISALLOW ACCESS FROM VERVAIS AVENUE FOR THEIR <br />EQUIPMENT RENTAL YARD TO BE LOCATED AT 4262 <br />STANLEY BOULEVARD, PLEASANTON. <br /> <br />Arrow Rentals had applied to the Design Review Board <br /> <br />for design review approval for an approximately 2700 <br /> <br />sq. <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />225 <br /> <br />ft. commercial service building to be located on <br /> <br /> south side of Stanley Boulevard, approximately <br /> feet east of Santa Rita Road; zoning for the <br /> property being C-S District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Design Review Board of the City of Pleasanton, at <br /> their special meeting held on December 17, 1974, <br /> under Resolution R-74-32, approved said development, <br /> but prohibiting access from Vervais Avenue, ~s re- <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />quested by the applicants; and <br />this condition of <br /> <br />City Counicl; and <br /> <br />the City Council, <br /> <br />held a public hearing for the <br /> <br />approval has been appealed to the <br /> <br />at its meeting of January 13, 1975, <br /> consideration of this <br /> <br /> condition and received evidence, moth oral and docu- <br /> mentary, ~cith respect to the same. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />rhe appeal of Arrow Rentals is approved, subject to <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. '/hat access to Vervais Avenue shall be allowed <br /> providing the following is observed: <br /> a) That all vehicles enter the site from Stanley <br /> Blvd. and exit from Vervais Ave. <br /> <br /> <br />
