CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALN~EDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-3 <br /> <br /> RE: x~PPROVAL OF FINAL PAYMENT TO HUNKDALE BROS, <br /> INC., FOR WORK ON WOODTHRUSH PARK. <br /> <br />~SHEREAS, ~ork by Hunkdale Bros., Inc. performed in connection <br /> <br /> with work on Woodthrush Park has progressed satisfac- <br /> torily to the point at which Final Progress Payment <br /> is in order; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Finance officer be instructed to prepare <br /> <br /> a warrant in the amount of $4,284.10 in favor of <br /> Hunkdale Bros., inc. in satisfaction of Final Progress <br /> Payment for the work performed on Woodthrush Park. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of <br /> Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3.
