'~WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />~I,.~tEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />!iWHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 75-1 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ENDORSING THE BASIC FINDINGS AND CONCEPTS IN <br />TIlE ALAi'~DA COUNTY SERVICES AND SPACE REQUIREmeNTS STUDY <br /> <br /> the City Council was requested by Mr. Joseph P. Bort, <br /> Chairman of Alameda County Board of Supervisors, by letter <br /> dated November 27, 1974, to consider a report prepared by <br /> consultants on the County Services and Space Requirements! <br /> in the Livermore-Amador Valley Area, and further indicat- <br /> ing that said consultant, Mr. Robert Ratcliff of the <br /> architectural firm of Ratcliff, Slama and Caldwalader, <br /> would appear to explain the contents of said report; and <br /> by memorandum dated December 27, 1974, from Assistant to <br /> City Manager Mr. Walker, the City Council received for <br /> their review portions of the proposed study indicating <br /> among other things the various sites being explored by <br /> the County for the purposes of establishing the afore- <br /> mentioned County Governmental Center in the Livermore- <br /> P~ador Valley Area; and <br /> the City Council, on January 13, 1975, met with the archi~ <br /> tectural firm of Ratcliff, Slama and Caldwalader to dis- <br /> cuss the Alameda County Services and Space Requirements <br /> for the Livermore-Amador Valley Area; and <br /> the written report submitted to the City Council was con- <br /> sidered by the Council at the above meeting; and <br /> further information was given by Mr. Robert Ratcliff, of <br /> the architectural firm, and discussion and consideration <br /> of the study was given by Counci]_members and staff present <br /> at said Council meeting; <br /> <br />itNOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON HEREBY <br />i'RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council endorses the basic findings and con- <br /> cepts in the Alameda County Services and Space Requiremen~ <br /> Study. <br /> <br /> <br />
