WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-17 <br /> <br />APPOINTING PRECINCT OFFICERS AND DESIGNATING <br />POLLING PLACES <br /> <br />Elections Code §22805 requires that the City Council <br />appoint precinct election officers and designate <br />polling places 30 days prior to the holding of an <br />election; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Municipal Election is to occur on March 2, 1976; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein <br /> by reference is a list of the precincts, precinct <br /> election officers and designated polling places for <br /> the upcoming March 2, 1976 election. The persons and <br /> places set forth in this list are hereby appointed and <br /> designated by the City Council as the precinct officers <br /> and polling places for the aforesaid election. <br /> <br />Section 2.
