CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-15 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH <br />EDWARD L. PACK ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR NOISE ASSESSmeNT <br />RELATING TO TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO. 3686 (STONERIDGE) <br /> <br /> Stoneson Development Company owns certain properties <br /> south of the extension of Stoneridge Drive and west of <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Interstate 680; and <br />Stoneson Corporation <br />map on said property <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Edward L. Pack Associates, Inc. <br /> said assessment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />is desirous of submitting a tentativ~ <br />for the construction of single <br /> <br />family homes provided a change of the existing zoning is <br />approved by the City Council and Planning Commission; and <br />an environmental assessment of the proposed tentative <br />tract is required by the California Environmental Quality <br />Act and State Guidelines implementing said Act; and <br />in order to make an environmental assessment, it is nece~ <br />sary to obtain additional information relating to the <br />noise impact of the proposed subdivision; and <br /> <br /> are qualified to perform <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes execution by the Mayor of that certain <br /> <br />agreement with Edward L. Pack Associates, Inc. for the <br /> <br />purpose of obtaining a noise impact assessment on the <br />proposed tentative Tract Map No. 3686 of Stoneson Devel- <br /> <br /> opment Corporation. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution becomes effective immediately upon its <br /> <br /> passage and adoption. <br /> <br />Attest: Edward J.
