CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-10 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE REPLACEMENT OF THE <br /> 1950 FORD FIF~E TRUCK OWNED BY THE CITY AND USED <br /> BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, at their meeting of January 12, <br /> 1976, received reports from the Assistant City <br /> Manager dated December 30, 1975 and from the Fire <br /> Division Administration dated December 23, 1975, <br /> recommending the purchase of a Crown Coach demon- <br /> strator unit to replace a 1950 Ford Fire vehicle <br /> with a trade-in value of $1,000.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said reports were considered by the City Council. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the purchase of a Crown Coach demonstrator <br /> <br /> model for the approximate price of $21,856.00. <br /> <br />Section 2.
