WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-9 <br /> <br />REVIEW OF BIDS AND AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR HANSEN <br />PARK IMPROVEMENTS TO R.E.G., INC. <br /> <br />the City prepared plans and specifications for the <br />Hansen Park improvements project; and <br />pursuant to Government Code ~37900, et seq., the City <br />Engineering Services Department advertised for bids <br />regarding this project; and <br />the bid of R.E.G., Inc. was the lowest responsible <br />bid; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The bid of R.E.G., Inc. in the amount of $17,741.90 <br /> <br /> for the construction of the Hansen Park improvements <br /> project is hereby accepted by City Council as the <br /> lowest responsible bid. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City is authorized to enter into a contract with <br /> R.E.G, Inc. for the improvements specified above. <br /> <br />Section 3.
