WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-6 <br /> <br /> APPROVING APPLICATION FOR AUTHORIZATION TO <br /> REMOVE ONE HERITAGE TREE, LOCATED APPROXIMATELY <br /> 125 FEET WEST OF MAIN STREET ON THE NORTH <br /> SIDE OF ANGELA STREET, PLEASANTON <br /> <br />Section 2-17.01, Article 1, Chapter 10, Title II of <br />the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton requires <br />that prior to the removal of any Heritage Tree a <br />permit must be obtained from the City Council; and <br />Chris Beratlis had made application to the City for <br />approval to remove one Heritage Tree, a 16 inch <br />diameter Acacia Tree, located on the north side of <br />Angela Street approximately 125 feet west of Main <br />Street, Pleasanton; and <br />the City Council, at their meeting of January 12, 1976, <br />considered said application and approved same; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council hereby grants permission to Chris <br /> Beratlis to remove the 16 inch Acacia Heritage Tree <br /> on Angela Street referred to in the report of the <br /> Director of Engineering Services dated January 6, 1976. <br /> <br />Section 2.
