CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-4 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF TRAINING AGREEMENTS <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON POLICE DEPARTMENT AND THE <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAY PATROLMEN <br /> <br />WHEREASJ the Police Department of the City of Pleasanton desires <br /> from time to time to participate in certain training <br /> programs sponsored and administered by the California <br /> Department of Highway Patrolmen; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State of California Department of Highway Patrolmen <br /> requires certain training agreements from any agency <br /> participating in their training programs; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the <br /> attached training program agreement between the City of <br /> Pleasanton and the State of California. <br /> <br />Section 2.
