WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-1 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />AND TRAFFIC SIGNAL MAINTENANCE CO., INC., FOR <br />MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS <br /> <br />the Traffic Signal Maintenance Co., Inc., has, since <br />1973, been handling the traffic signal maintenance work <br />for the City of Pleasanton; and <br />the Director of Field Services, in his memo dated <br />December 8, 1976, reported that the performance of the <br />Traffic Signal Maintenance Co., Inc. had been excellent <br />and recommended approval of a proposed new agreement <br />with said firm; and <br />the City Council, at their meeting of January 12, 1976, <br />reviewed said proposed agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes execution by the Mayor of that certain <br /> agreement with Traffic Maintenance Co., Inc. related <br /> to provision of traffic maintenance work. <br /> <br />Section 2.
