WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7626 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION FOR ELECTION <br /> OFFICERS AND RENTAL OF POLLING PLACES WITHIN THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON. <br /> <br /> a municipal election will occur in the City of <br /> Pleasanton on March 2, 1976; and <br /> by Resolution No. 76-17(Appointing Precinct Officers <br /> and DeSignating Polling Places) the City Council has <br /> established certain Precinct Officers and designated <br /> polling places within the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> it is necessary to compensate those persons who have <br /> agreed to b~ Precinct Officers for the March 2 <br /> election as well an compensate those individuals who <br /> are allowing their residences to be used as polling <br /> places. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />Section 4. <br /> <br />Compensation for Election Officers shall be as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />Inspectors: $31.50 <br />Judges: $28.50 <br />Clerks: $28.50 <br /> <br />Compensation for polling places shall be $25.00 <br />without furniture and $30.00 with furniture. <br /> <br />Resolutions MO. 74-3, 74-13, 74-25 & 74-29 are hereby <br /> <br />repealed in their entirety. <br /> <br />This Resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> <br /> upon its passage <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy <br /> <br /> <br />
