CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-23 <br /> <br /> RE: APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT FOR WORK ON <br /> MOCHO PUMP STATION METERING FACILITIES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, work by Del Monte Electric Co., Inc. performed in <br /> <br /> connection with Mocho Pump Station Metering Facilities <br /> has progressed satisfactorily to the point at which <br /> Final Progress Payment is in order; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Finance officer be instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $24~12.00 in favor of Del <br /> Monte Electric Co., Inc. in satisfaction of Final <br /> Progress Payment for the work performed on Mocho Pump <br /> Station Metering Facilities. <br /> <br />Section 2. The work performed by Del Monte Electric Co., in <br /> connection with the Mocho Pump Station Metering <br /> Facilities is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 3. The City Clerk is directed to file a notice of <br /> <br /> completion. <br /> <br />Section 4.
