CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-20 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE PLEASANTON <br /> BICYCLE ROUTE PROJECT AGREEMENT FUNDED BY THE STATE BEACH, <br /> PARK, RECREATION HISTORICAL FACILITIES BOND ACT OF 1974 <br /> (PROJECT NO. 01-0012) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution NO. 74-146 authorizing the application and/ <br /> or agreeing to the term of the Project Agreement for <br /> the Pleasanton Bicycle Route was adopted to the City <br /> Council on July 8, 1974; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Project Agreement with the <br /> State Department of Parks and Recreation in order to <br /> reflect the actual size of the facility which was built <br /> by the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said amendment was considered by the City Council at its <br /> <br /> meeting of January 24, 1977. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorized an amendment to <br /> the State Department of Parks <br /> to Project No. <br /> <br /> Delete: <br /> <br />Add: <br /> <br />the City's contract with <br /> <br />and Recreation with respect <br /> <br />01-0012 as follows: <br /> <br />"The City of Pleasanton will construct <br />a two-mile bicycle trail from Johnson <br />Industrial Drive to Valley Avenue on <br />Hopyard Road in Pleasanton as part of a <br />comprehensive community bicycling system." <br /> <br />"The City Of Pleasanton will construct a <br />bicycle trail from Hartsen Drive to Arroyo <br />Mocho Bridge. The project will begin <br />about 400 feet north of Hansen Drive and <br />end at the Arroyo Mocho Bridge." <br /> <br /> <br />
