CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-19 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE AMADOR <br /> PARK DEEP WATER POOL PROJECT AGREEMENT FUNDED BY THE <br /> STATE BEACH, PARK, RECREATIONAL HISTORICAL FACILITIES <br /> BOND ACT OF 1974 (PROJECT NO. 01-0013) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 74-146 (Authorizing the Application and/ <br /> or Agreeing to the Terms of the Project Agreement for <br /> the Amador Park Deep Water Pool) was adopted by the <br /> City Council on July 8, 1974; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Project Agreement with the <br /> State Department of Parks and Recreation in order to <br /> reflect the actual size of the facility which was <br /> built by the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said amendment was considered by the City Council at its <br /> <br /> meeting of January 24, 1977. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes an amendment to the City's contract with <br /> the State Department of Parks and Recreation with <br /> respect to Project No. 01-0013 as follows: <br /> <br /> Delete: "The proposed pool is to be 25 <br /> yards by 15 yards." <br /> <br /> Add: "The proposed pool is to be ap- <br /> proximately 40 feet by 60 feet." <br /> <br />Section 2. The Director of Engineering Services of the Depart- <br /> ment of Community Development is authorized to sign <br /> said agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
