WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO, 77-9 <br /> <br />RE: APPROVING CLAIMS FROM DECEMBER 1, 1976 <br />THRU DECEMBER 31, 1976 IN THE AMOUNT OF $268,756.07 <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of January 10, 1977, a check <br />register was presented to the City Council signifying <br />checks which were dispensed from December 1, 1976 <br />through December 31, 1976; and <br />the claims contained therein were for approved functions <br />of the City which are necessary and proper expenses of <br />the City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> <br />OF PLEASANTON AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Claims represented by Checks No. 13982 through No. <br /> 14293 and Check No. 791, dated from December 1, 1976 <br /> through December 31, 1976 in the total amount of <br /> $268,756.07, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. The financial report dated December 31, 1976 has been <br /> <br /> reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3.
