WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 77-3 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BYLAWS FOR THE <br />HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION <br /> <br />the City Council, pursuant to Resolution No. 76-21 <br /> <br />(A Resolution Establishing A Human Services Commission <br />And Reorganizing The Recreation Department Into The <br />Department Of Human Resources) established the Human <br />Services Commission in the City of Pleasanton; and <br />said Commission at its meeting of December 16, 1976, <br />adopted Resolution No. 76-1 (A Resolution Adopting <br />Bylaws For The Human Services Commission); and <br />said bylaws were presented to the City Council at its <br />meeting of January 3, 1977 in order for the Council to <br />review said bylaws and approve the same. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the bylaws established by the Human Services <br /> Commission as more particularly set forth in Exhibit A <br /> <br /> to Resolution No. 76-1 of the Human Services Commission. <br />Section 2.
