CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 77-23 A RESOLUTION INITIATING AN AMENDMENT TO THE I-P (INDUSTRIAL PARK) DISTRICT REGULATIONS WHEREAS, on November 22, 1976, the City Council by Resolution No. 76-265 requested that the staff study Article 9 (Indus- trial Districts) of the Zoning Code to determine if any changes should be made with regard to those uses which are permitted and conditionally allowed in the I-P (industrial Park) District; and !~HEREAS , pursuant to the Council's direction, the staff has analyzed present regulations and recommended chanc~es to said regulations to add and delete uses in the Z-P District? and WHEREAS, the City Council, at its meeting of January 24~ 1977, received a report from the Director of Planning dated January 19, 1977~ together with attachments thereto pertaining to proposed changes to district regulatien~ and existing district regulations; and WHEREAS, the City Council considered and deliberated on the inform~-- tion contained in said staff report; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT!;7,rli t~J]~S RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Pursuant to ~2-12.04(b) of Article 29~ Chat.~ter 2 (Zoning) ~ Title II (Zoning and Development) of the Ordinance c~de of the City of Pleasanton, initi~'~zes a zoninl~ ch~.~ge to the !-P (Industrial Park) Distric~ ~'~ mo~_~e ~ azI~icularly set forth in attachment No 1 to '~l~e reDo~!~ of the Director of Planning dated Januar" 19~ 1977: sai~! attach~en~ is attac!~e bler~.in lo~ reference as Exhibit A. Section 2. ?he City Council requests the Planning CoP3~3.1ssi~.~n un~iertake the necessary public hearing to consideL~r changes to the I-P District in order to bring abou~ recommendations set forth in Exhibit A, and after con- liucting said public hearing, transmit a copy of the Co~issions recommendations to the City Council for final action~ Section 3. This resolution shall beccr~e effective in~aedia~ely
