CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-3 <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF PROGRESS PAYMENT NO. 1 TO J. F. HOURIGAN <br />CO. FOR WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED FOR PAVEMENT <br />MARKING INSTALLATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />work by J. F. Hourigan Co. performed in connection with the <br />installation of Pavement Markings Project 77-5 has progressed <br />satisfactorily to the point at which Progress Payment No. 1 <br />is in order; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Finance officer be instructed to prepare a warrant <br /> in the amount of $13,047.66 in favor of J. F. Hourigan Co. <br /> in satisfaction of Progress Payment No. 1 for the work and <br /> materials furnished for Pavement Marking Installation Project 77-5 <br /> <br />Section 2.
