CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-2 <br /> <br />RE: REVIEW OF BIDS AND AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE <br />OF ONE HYDRAULIC SEWER RODDER TO FLEXIBLE PIPE AND TOOL <br />COMPANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the bids have been solicited and received for the purchase of <br /> one Hydraulic Sewer Rodder; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the bids have been reviewed and the bid of Flexible Pipe and <br />Tool Co. was the lowest responsible bid; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The bid of Flexible Pipe and Tool Co. in the amount of <br /> $7,060.35 for the purchase of one Hydraulic Sewer Rodder is <br /> hereby accepted by City Council as the lowest responsible bid. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br /> The City is authorized to purchase said Hydraulic Sewer <br />Rodder from Flexible Pipe and Tool Co. for use by the Sewage <br />Treatment Division of the Department of Field Services. <br /> <br />Section 3.
