CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-1 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING CLAIMS FROM DECEMBER 1, 1977 THROUGH <br />DECEMBER 31, 1977 IN THE AMOUNT OF $391,606.49. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of January 10, 1978, a check <br />register was presented to the City Council signifying checks <br />which were dispensed from December 1, 1977 through December 31, <br />1977; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the claims contained therein were for approved functions of <br /> the City which are necessary and proper expenses of the City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. Claims represented by Checks No. 018134 through No. 018453 <br /> and Checks No. 869-871, dated from December 1, 1977 through <br /> December 31,1977 in the total amount of $391,606.49 are <br /> hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. The financial report dated December 31, 1977 has been re- <br /> viewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon its <br /> passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON JANUARY 10, 1978 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Herlihy, Mercer and Mayor Philcox <br /> <br />NOES: None X~,~ <br />ABSENT: Councilmember LeClaire ~~ ~] ' <br /> <br /> ROEERT C.
