CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-15 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT <br />NOS. 2, 5, 8, 9, AND 10 TO LOCAL AGENCY- <br />STATE AGREEMENT NO. 04-5101 FOR FEDERAL <br />AID IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton entered into a master agreement <br />for the Federal-Aid Program with the State of California <br />on September 23, 1977 pursuant to the Federal Highway <br />Safety Act; and <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of February 13, 1979 <br />reviewed a report dated February 5, 1979 from the <br />Director of Public Works and Utilities together with <br />attachments for approval of: <br /> <br />Revised Program Supplement No. 2, for the inclusion <br />of preliminary engineering costs incurred for modi- <br />fication of storm grates, replacement of street <br />name signs and railroad advance warning signs. <br /> <br /> Revised Program Supplement No. 5 for the inclusion <br /> of preliminary engineering costs incurred for the <br /> design of Spring Street improvements across the <br /> railroad right-of-way. <br /> <br /> Revised Program Supplement Nos. 8, 9 and 10 for <br /> the inclusion of State matching funds with a <br /> corresponding decrease in City matching funds for <br /> Federal Aid Projects on West Angela at Western <br /> Pacific Railroad, Angela at Southern Pacific <br /> Railroad and Bernal at Western Pacific Railroad. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes the execution by the Mayor subject to approval <br /> by the City Attorney of Supplement Nos. 2, 5, 8, 9 and 10 <br /> to Local Agency-State Agreement No. 04-5101 for Federal <br /> Aid Improvements under the Federal Highway Safety Act. <br /> <br />Section 2.
