CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-13 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND IMPLEMENTATION <br />OF AN AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE THE MOLLER RESERVOIR SITE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton has determined it is necessary and <br />in the public interest to purchase property located on <br />Foothill Road for the construction of a water storage <br />reservoir and appurtenant facilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the owners of the property, Harold H. Moller, Evelyn B. <br />Moller, Lloyd M. Moller and Roy J. Moller, have agreed <br />to sell to the City the necessary site containing 4.877+ <br />acres for the sum of $21,090; ' <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SectioD <br /> <br />1. Authorizes the execution and implementation of an agree- <br />ment between Harold H. Moller, Evelyn B. Moller, Lloyd M. <br />Moller, and Roy J. Moller, and the City of Pleasanton to <br />purchase from the Moller family 4.877+ acres on Foothill <br />Road for the construction of a water gtorage reservoir and <br />appurtenant facilities and an access easement for the sum <br />of $21,090. <br /> <br />Section 2.
