CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-9 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF PROGRESS PAYMENT NO. 2 TO <br />E. P. CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR WORK ON <br />STONERIDGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1974-3, <br />PHASE 2. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by E. P. Construction, Inc. performed in connection <br /> with work on Stoneridge Assessment District 1974-3, <br /> Phase 2 has progressed satisfactorily to the point at <br /> which Progress Payment No. 2 is in order. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Finance Officer be instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $68,372.10 in favor of E. P. <br /> Construction, Inc. in satisfaction of Progress Payment <br /> No. 2 for the work performed on Stoneridge Assessment <br /> District 1974-3, Phase 2. <br /> <br />Section 2.
