CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFOP~IA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-3 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF RIGHT-OF-WAY CONTRACT, ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT <br />DEED FROM DENISE TROMBETTA AND JOHN P. VIZZOLINI FOR <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES, AND AUTHORIZATION TO PLACE THE <br />PURCHASE PRICE IN ESCROW <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of January 9, 1979, <br />received a report from the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities that negotiations have been completed for the <br />purchase of a parcel of property owned by Denise Trombetta <br />and John P. Vizzolini, and that it would now be in order <br />for the City Council to approve the Right-of-Way Contract, <br />accept the grant deed, and authorize placinginescrowtheagreed <br />upon purchase price of $84,500.00 for the parcel necessary <br />for the Peters Avenue Project; and <br />Council reviewed the report and determined that the recom- <br />mended action would be in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The Right-of-Way Contract with the State of California <br /> related to the Peters Avenue Project is hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. The offer of dedication from Denise Trombetta and John <br /> P. Vizzolini manifested in the Grant Deed dated February 28, <br /> 1978, for right-of-way purposes is hereby accepted, and the <br /> appropriate City officers are authorized to take whatever <br /> action necessary to implement said acceptance including <br /> placing the agreed upon purchase price of $84,500.00 in <br /> eSCrOW. <br /> <br />Section 3.
