CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-2 <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PROJECT 78-3 CENTRAL BUSINESS <br />DISTRICT STORM DRAINAGE OUTFALL SYSTEM AND <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT FOR WORK <br />PERFORMED BY MOUNTAIN CONSTRUCTION, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />work by Mountain Construction, Inc. performed in connection <br />with Project 78-3, Central Business District Storm Drainage <br />Outfall System has progressed satisfactorily to the point <br />at which acceptance of the project and Final Progress Pay- <br />ment are in order. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Project 78-3 Central Business District Storm Drainage <br /> Outfall System is hereby accepted and the Finance Officer <br /> instructed to prepare a warrant in the amount of $11,008.80 <br /> in favor of Mountain Construction, Inc. in satisfaction of <br /> Final Progress Payment for the work performed. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3.
