CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-1 <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF PROJECT 78-8, <br />PETERS AVENUE WATERLINE AND SEWERLINE PROJECT <br />AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Raymond J. Haug Excavating Company performed in <br /> connection with Project 78-8, Peters Avenue Waterline <br /> and Sewerline has progressed satisfactorily to the point <br /> at which acceptance of the project and Final Progress <br /> Payment are in order. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. That Project No. 78-8, Peters Avenue Waterline and <br />Sewerline is hereby accepted and the Finance Officer is <br />instructed to prepare a warrant in the amount of $32,274.09 <br />in favor of Raymond J. Haug Excavating Company in satis- <br />faction of Final Progress Payment for the work performed. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3.
