CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-25 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE CLAIM OF RICHARD BERWICK, SR., et al, <br />vs. CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton, on February l4, 1979,received a claim filed on <br />behalf of Richard Berwick, Sr., Joyce Berwick, Anne Berwick, <br />individually and as guardian of Lindy Ann Berwick and Niana <br />Berwick, minors; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on February 27, 1979, the City Council reviewed the claim <br /> and determined that it should be denied; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. The claim presented on February 14, 1979, against the <br /> City of Pleasanton on behalf of Richard Berwick, Sr., Joyce <br /> Berwick, and Anne Berwick, individually and as a guardian of <br /> Lindy Ann Berwick and Niana Berwick, minors, is hereby denied. <br /> <br />Section 2.
