CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-21 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE REAPPROPRIATION OF <br />1976-77 LEFT-OVER MAYOR'S FORMULA GAS TAX FUNDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton has an unused balance of $8,124.00 <br />from the 1976-77 appropriation of the Mayor's Formula <br />Gas Tax Funds; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works has prepared a Staff Report <br />dated February 15, 1979, recommending the reappropriation of <br />these funds to the West Angela Street and Western Pacific <br />Railroad Street Project which is partially funded with <br />federal funds; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of February 27, 1979, <br />reviewed said Staff Report together with the project <br />contained therein. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes the Director of Public Works to submit to <br /> the County Board of Supervisors an application for reappro- <br /> priation of gas tax funds in the sum of EIGHT THOUSAND ONE <br /> HUNDRED TWENTY FOUR AND NO/100ths DOLLARS ($8,124.00). <br /> <br />Section 2.
