CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFOR~IA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION. NO. 80-4 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TttE REAPPROPRIATION <br /> OF 1977-78 LEFT-OVER ~YOR'S FORD~LA GAS TAX <br /> FUNDS <br /> <br />WIIEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has an unused balance of $12,604.10 <br /> from the 1977-78 appropriation of the Mayor's Formula <br /> Gas Tax Funds; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has prepared a Staff Report <br /> dated December 17, 1979, recommending the reappropriation <br /> of these funds to the Pico Avenue Right-of-way Project <br /> which is partially funded with Mayor's Formula Funds; and <br /> <br />WtIEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of January 8, 1980, <br /> reviewed said staff report together with the project <br /> contained therein. <br /> <br />NOW, TItEREFORE, TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes the Director of Public Works to submit to <br /> the County Board of Supervisors an application for reappro- <br /> priation of gas tax funds in the sum of ~VELVE THOUSAND <br /> SIX tIUNDRED FOUR DOLLARS A~ID 10/100THS DOLLARS ($12,604.10). <br /> <br />Section 2.
