Approve the meeting minutes of September 11, 2019 and September 25, 2019 <br /> 2. P19-0151, Kevin Gregory — Application for Design Review approval to construct an <br /> approximately 5,761-square-foot, single-story residence with an approximately <br /> 1 ,137-square-foot attached garage located at 5 Winding Oaks Drive.
