Approved meeting minutes of April 16, 2019 <br /> 2. Introduced and waived first reading of Ordinance No. 2191 adding a new Chapter 6.38 to Title 6, <br /> repealing Section 11.64.120, and amending Sections 6.36.010 and 13.08.090 of the Municipal <br /> Code relating to sidewalk vendors and adopt a resolution amending the master fee schedule to <br /> add a sidewalk vendor fee <br /> Community Development <br /> 3. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> 4. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2190 approving an application of Henry <br /> Batteate for Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan to construct an approximately <br /> 5,059-square-foot single-family residence with an approximately 939-square-foot attached garage <br /> and to convert the existing 1,016-square-foot residence to an accessory dwelling unit located at <br /> 481 Sycamore Road as filed under Case PUD-131 <br /> Engineering <br /> 5. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute an amendment to agreement in the <br /> amount of $3.500 and the term to December 31. 2020, with Jeff Katz Architecture for the design <br /> of the Livermore Pleasanton Fire Department Fire Station No. 3 Project, CIP No. 17423 <br /> 6. Approved plans and specifications, reviewed bids, awarded and authorized the City Manager to <br /> execute a construction contract with American Asphalt Repair and Resurfacing Company, Inc., in <br /> the amount of $771,829 for the Annual Slurry Seal of Various Streets, CIP No. 18504, authorized <br /> the Director of Engineering to approve and execute contract change orders not to exceed $77,183 <br /> 7. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute first amendment to agreement with Mark <br /> Thomas and Company in the amount of $101,768 to complete additional survey work and extend <br /> the term for the right of way transfer to CalTrans for the I-680/Stoneridge Drive Interchange <br /> Project, CIP No. 16506, allocated $32,211 from the Traffic Impact Fee Fund to CIP No. 16506 <br />
