Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2179 amending the Municipal Code <br /> regarding §1.24.125 to clarify appeal process for administrative citations, Ch. 3.40 to delete the <br /> expired North Sycamore Area Development Impact Fee, Ch. 11.52 to delete local bicycle <br /> licensing requirement and fee, Ch. 11.64 provide that street closure and parade permit holders <br /> may exclude others, §13.04.435 removing prohibition on outdoor dining area enclosures from <br /> being attached to the sidewalk, §14.04.050 clarify when a separate irrigation meter is needed, <br /> §14.06.040 provide for annual recycled water on-site inspection and allow certified persons to <br /> switch sites monitored, Ch. 17.16 delete Heritage Tree Board of Appeals written finding <br /> requirement and clarify that fines are appealable to the board, Ch. 18.106 provide that owner with <br /> second unit can rent both main house and second unit to a single party, Title 19 update <br /> subdivision map term and extensions to match state law <br /> 2. Waived second reading and adopted of Ordinance No. 2180 adding a new Chapter 11.58 to the <br /> Pleasanton Municipal Code related to the regulation of traffic medians <br /> City Council <br /> 3. Approved the nomination of Councilmember Olson as Pleasanton's representative on the Housing <br /> Authority of the County of Alameda Housing Commission <br /> City Manager <br /> 4. Approved, as corrected, meeting minutes of April 17, 2018 <br /> 5. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2178 amending Title 3 of the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code to add a new Chapter 3.44 establishing a Johnson Drive Economic Development <br /> Transportation Fee (Thorne abstained, Brown recused on introduction) <br /> Community Development <br /> 6. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> Community Services <br /> 7. Adopted and waived full reading of Resolution No. 18-1017 authorizing submittal of applications <br /> to the Metropolitan Transportation Commission for Transportation Development ACT funds and <br /> the Alameda County Transportation Commission for Measure B/BB funds for the Paratransit <br /> Door-to-Door Program <br />
