CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-15 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE DEVEL- <br />OPMENT DEFERMENT AGREEMENT WITH LEE SAMMIS COMPANY <br />REGARDING CENTERPOINTE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />due to circumstances unforeseen at the time the <br />development deferment agreement was entered into <br />between the City and The Lee Sammis Company on <br />January 12, 1982, the parties thereto wish to <br />amend the agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the attached Amended Development Deferment <br /> Agreement with The Lee Sammis Company for their <br /> Centerpointe project. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 11, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, and Mayor <br /> Butler <br /> None <br /> Councilmember Wood <br /> None <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />ROBERT E.
