CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-06 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF REHABILITATION I}~ROVEMENTS TO THE <br />WESTWIND BUILDING, PROJECT NO. 82-11, AND APPROVAL <br />OF FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT TO GARRETTO AND ASSOCIATES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />work by Garretto and Associates on the improvements <br />to the Westwind Building, Project No. 82-11, has <br />been satisfactorily completed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />it is appropriate to authorize the final progress <br />payment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The work on the improvements to the Westwind <br /> Building is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> The Director of Finance is instructed to prepare <br />a warrant in the amount of $7,680.69 in favor of <br />Garretto and Associates in satisfaction of the <br />final progress payment for the above-accepted work <br />on Project No. 82-11.
