CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 83-01 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE CLAIM OF KATHERINE LOPEZ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on December 9, 1982, the City of Pleasanton received <br />a claim filed on behalf of Katherine Lopez individually <br />and on behalf of Ruben Lopez,a minor, for damages <br />allegedly incurred in an incident on September 7, <br />1982; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on January 11, 1983, the City Council reviewed the <br /> claim and determined that it should be denied; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL O~ THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The claim presented on December 9, 1982, against <br /> the City of Pleasanton on behalf of Katherine Lopez, <br /> individually, and on behalf of Ruben LoDez, a minor, <br /> for injuries allegedly incurred on September 7, 1982, <br /> is hereby denied. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 11, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, and Mayor <br /> Butler <br /> None <br /> Councilmember Wood <br /> None <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Peter D.
