CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Hosterman called the special meeting to order at the hour of 6:00 p.m. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Present: Councilmembers Cook- Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br />Absent: None <br />3. PUBLIC COMMENT: None <br />4. DISCUSSION CONCERNING THE CITY ATTORNEY RECRUITMENT <br />Council discussed and reviewed the recruitment process with recruitment consultant <br />Bobbie Peckham. <br />5. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSE: <br />CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL ANTICIPATED LITIGATION pursuant to <br />Government Code §54956.9(b): Significant exposure to litigation arising from the pending <br />application filed with the City concerning the conversion of the Vineyard Villa Mobilehome <br />Park to "residential ownership" <br />6.
