CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-02 <br /> <br /> APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER 1984 <br /> IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,243,676.54 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the City Council meeting of January 7, 1985, a check <br /> register summary and Financial Report were presented to <br /> the City Council signifying expenditures for the month <br /> of November, 1984; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the payroll and demand checks contained therein were for <br /> approved functions of the City of Pleasanton which are <br /> necessary and proper expenses of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Claims represented by checks numbered 050297 to <br /> 050760, dated from November 8, 1984 to November 30, <br /> 1984, in the total amount of $2,243,676.54, are hereby <br /> approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Report dated November 30, 1984 has been <br /> reviewed and is hereby approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 7, 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />A~ROVED AS TO FORM: <br />P~t~P vb. ~cDon~i~, ~Cieg'At~6rney <br /> <br /> <br />
