PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 545 <br />WHEREAS, the application of H. G. Davies, 4197 Cristobal Way, <br />for a Variance from Section 17.604, Ordinance No. 309, <br />in order to operate a citizens band radio in connection <br />with a taxicab business as a home occupation, at the <br />above address in an R -1 District, has come before this <br />Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above -named application be approved with the <br />following conditions: <br />1. There be no unusual outside evidence of this use <br />that would create a nuisance to the neighborhood. <br />The "nuisance" value shall be determined by the <br />Public Works Department and the Police Department. <br />2. Performance standards, particularly regarding noise <br />or electrical disturbance, shall continue to be met. <br />during the period of use. <br />3.
