WHEREAS, <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 499 <br />the application of the Pleasanton Joint School District, <br />1331 Santa Rita Road, for a Variance from Sections 6.500 <br />and 18.603, Ordinance No. 309, in order to allow con- <br />struction of a fence along the Kolin Street frontage of <br />the Alisal Elementary School, in an R -1 District, has <br />come before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above -named application for Variance be approved <br />with the following conditions: <br />1. Land necessary for the street improvements <br />must be dedicated to the City and the im- <br />provements installed. <br />. A four foot public service easement should be <br />dedicated to the City between the property line <br />and the proposed fence. <br />3. The fences on the side shall be extended to match <br />S‘ttt' <br />the existing proposed fence. <br />o ° 4.
