CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO, 205 <br />WHEREAS, Annexation No. 17, Stanley Boulevard Annex "A ", has been completed <br />and this area is now within the jurisdiction of the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the provisions of Ordinance No. 309 regarding the assignment of <br />zoning designations to newly annexed areas have been complied <br />with by application of the City Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the General Plan recommends that the area involved located north <br />of Stanley Boulevard be designated as multiple residential, and <br />the area involved south of Stanley Boulevard be designated commercial; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the City Planning Commission hereby recommends to the <br />City Council that Ord.
