CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO, 211 <br />WHEREAS, application of W.N. and M. Trublood, 588 St. John Street, <br />for a Conditional Use Permit under Section 8.305, Ord. No. <br />309, in order to continue operation of a licensed rest home at 588 St. John <br />Street, in an RG -15 District, has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted, subject <br />to the following condition: <br />a.
