PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1944 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 4718 <br />FOR WARMINGTON HOMES. <br />WHEREAS, Warmington Homes has applied for tentative map approval of <br />an 8.7 acre parcel located on the south side of Fairlands <br />Drive opposite its intersection with Brockton Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development/Medium <br />Density Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on January 15, 1981 at which <br />time all public testimony and exhibits were considered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />approves Tentative Tract Map 4718 subject to the <br />conditions of the staff report of 1/14/81, attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
