PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1220 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Plea Banton approving RZ-72-12. <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Planning Commission for <br />certain amendments to the Zoning Ordinance to <br />implement the City Council policy regarding the <br />location of financial institutions within the <br />City of Pleasanton as noted in their Resolution <br />No. 73-7, has come before this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has held a public hearing on this matter and has <br />examined pertinent testimony and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton hereby approves RZ-72-12, pertaining <br />to the amendment of the Ordinance Code of the <br />City of Pleasanton as it refers to City Council <br />policy regarding the location of financial <br />institutions within the City, and as noted 1n <br />their Resolution No. 73-7. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 23rd day of January, 1973, by the following <br />vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: <br />Cos®iesioaers Carrigan, McLain, <br />Pereira, Wood and Chairmen Pona <br />Secretary Castro <br />Date: January 23, 1973 <br />Atte <br />J.
