PLANNING CONI4ISSION <br />CITY OF PhBASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 134 <br />Whereas, the Alameda County Planning Commission has received an application <br />from Mr. John T. Koplos for the change of one non-coniorming use to another <br />(cheese manufacture to retail and wholesale oY fresh and i'rozen meat, poultry <br />and produce) located on property adjacent to 38'/6 Santa Rita Road, north of <br />the City of Pleasanton, in an A-2 (General Agriculture) District; and <br />Whereas, since the location is within the "Pleasanton Planning Area', <br />the County Planning Commission has requested that the Pleasanton Planning <br />Commission and City Council consider the matter; and <br />Whereas, after investigation and discussion oi' this request, the <br />Pleasanton Planning Commission has found that the change in non-conforming <br />uses would be an improvement to the subject property and the area, and <br />would be consistent with other existing uses in the area. <br />NOW TiiEREFORE, BS IT RESOLVED: <br />That the Pleasanton Planning Commission does hereby recommend <br />approval of this request for a change in non-conforming uses, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br />That this recommendation to be forwarded to the City Council with the <br />request that said recommendation be ratified by the City Council and forwarded <br />to the County Planning Commission and all other interested parties. <br />DATE: March 2, 1961 <br />Balph~j.tcnell - Chairman <br />ATTEST: <br />1 J ~( ~ <br />James M.
