PLANNING C~ATlSSION <br />CITY OF PrFe4exmON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 137 <br />Whereas, the application of Nuclear E4~gineering Compaxp, Inc., for a <br />Conditional Use Permit to allox concrete ~i='n_g ender Section 13.304 of <br />Ordinance No. 309, (Zoning Ordinance) as amended, having cone before this <br />Commission March 16, 1961, the Planning Commission does hereby Resolve ae <br />follows: <br />1. The Planning Co~l.asion does find sa follows: <br />a. Notice has been given as required by lax. <br />b. The circumatanaes required by Section 19.903 of said <br />Ordinance No. 309 do exist. <br />2. A Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted, sub3ect to the folloxing <br />conditions <br />a. That the mixing of concrete must be an indoor operation. <br />b. That aoiae level regnirementa of Section 17.106 of Zoning <br />Ordinance No. 309, be mat. <br />c. That Nuclear Engineering Compaa~, Inc. comply with all A.E.C. <br />regulations. <br />3.
