PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-06 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE RZ-87-12, ' <br />APPLICATION OF RENEE L. SPILIOTOPOULOS <br />WHEREAS, Renee Spiliotopoulos has applied for rezoning of a 0.43 <br />acre site from R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) <br />District to the CC (Central Commercial) zoning district; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 13, <br />1988, the Planning Commission, after considering all <br />public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations <br />of the City staff concerning this matter recommended <br />approval of the negative declaration proposed for this <br />Case; and <br />WHEREAS, the CC (Central Commercial) zoning district is <br />consistent with the General Plan of the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case RZ-87-12, application of <br />Renee Spiliotopoulos to rezone an approximately 0.43 <br />acre site located at 824/830 Main Street and 357 Ray <br />Street from the R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) <br />District to the CC (Central Commercial) District. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 13TH DAY OF JANUARY 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Mahern, Tarver, and <br />Vice Chairman Michelotti <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Chairman Lindsey <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: January 13, 1988 <br />ATTEST <br />,~~as. ~~7/~~E~ ,9 <br />Brian W.
