PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-18 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PUD-80-2-8 D, <br />APPLICATION OF BERNAL AVENUE ASSOCIATES <br />WHEREAS, Bernal Avenue Associates has applied foa droxgmatelyew <br />approval to construct a four-building, pp <br />164,500 sq. ft. office complex to be located on an <br />approximately 10.5 acre site located on500efeettwestdof <br />of Koll Center Parkway approximately 1, <br />the intersection of Valley Avenue and Koll Center <br />Parkway; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Industrial/Commercial and Offices <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of <br />February 24, 1988, the Planning Commission considered <br />all public testimony, relevant exhibits and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this <br />proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the <br />rezoning and development plan approval for the business <br />park complex in which this project is located. A. <br />project of this nature was included in the scope of that <br />EIR. Therefore, no environmental document accompanies <br />this case as no further environmental review is <br />necessary at this time. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-80-2-8D, application <br />of Bernal Avenue Associates as herein described subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development shall substantially conform to <br />the plans and elevations on file with the Planning <br />Department except as modified herein. <br />2. condithonseoflapprovalhoflPUD-80-2e2M,to all <br />3. That the developer be aware that exterior <br />modifications to accommodate individual tenant <br />entry shall be kept to a minimum in order to <br />preserve the architectural and landscaping unit of <br />the complex as much as possible and that such <br />- 1 - <br />
