CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-09 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, TRACT 5385, VINTAGE <br /> HEIGHTS, AMADOR VALLEY SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the public improvements for Tract <br /> 5385, Vintage Heights, by Amador Valley Savings and Loan <br /> Association, has been completed and a maintenance bond <br /> has been posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, acceptance of said public improvements has been recom- <br /> mended by the Director of Public Works and Utilities in <br /> his report to the City Council (SR 87:09); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the public improvements installed in Tract 5385, <br /> Vintage Heights, by Amador Valley Savings and Loan As- <br /> sociation, are hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 6, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None N~N~~ <br />ATTEST: <br /> K R.
