PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1147 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton approving <br />UP-71-29. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Ditz-Crane for renewal <br />of a conditional use permit for a model <br />home complex sales office, parking lot, <br />etc., for the Arroyo del Prado subdivision, <br />located on Hopyard Road, Pleasanton, has <br />come before this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has examined pertinent maps, <br />drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that UP-71-29 be approved subje< <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the permit is granted for the <br />property as described in the application <br />and any attachments thereto. <br />2.
