Box 520 <br />Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />A G R E E M E N T <br /> <br />THIS AGREEi~1ENT is made and entered into on the /~~- <br />day of ~C~~ 1982, by and between VORELCO OF <br />CALIFORNIA, INC. (hereinafter referred to as "Developer") <br />and the CITY OF ~LEASANTON, a municipal corporation, 200 <br />Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, California (hereinafter referred <br />to as "City"). The City and Developer agree as set forth <br />beloca. <br />W I T N E S SETH <br />WI-IEREAS, Developer is the owner of real property in the <br />City of Pleasanton described in Exhibit "A", attached to <br />this agreement and made a part of it by reference, which <br />five <br />consists generally of approximately-~~r acres of land <br />(Assessor's Parcel No. ~4~ "^^ '~-' on the east side of <br />Johnson Drive near its intersection with Stoneridge Drive, <br />two <br />said site containing -twee- parcels designated as "A"~,-"~`-~ <br />and "C" of "'-~'-~'~'-'-_° Parcel Map 370.7 (hereinafter referred <br />to as the "project site"); and <br />WHEREAS, approval of the minor subdivision for the <br />- above-described property was granted subject to certain <br />conditions imposed so as to avoid potential significant <br />adverse impacts; and <br />WHEREAS, mitigating measures included (1) financial <br />participation by Developer and its tenants in certain studies <br />-1- <br />., > <br />`/~ <br />lC <br /> <br />
